Friday – People’s Need for God’s guidance.

We live in a world where even Christians rarely allow God to guide them, much less unchurched people.  People need the Lord!  Pray for hearts of people in our own community to be open to God and for us to be able to reach them through our hearts of outreach.

Saturday – Making Meaningful Connections.

It’s not just a pretty theme for this year…it’s a direction and a calling.  Pray for God to help us make a TRULY meaningful connection with Him, to connect with others in the body so no one feels left out, and to share the love and message of Jesus with the unchurched of our community.  Connect because we NEED it.  Connect because others NEED it.  Connect because He first loved us!

Around the World Day Camp

New worship times beginning on May 3rd

As a result of our growth over the past year, we are announcing a change in our present worship assembly schedule.  See below:

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am     First Service
  • 10:20 am – 11:05 am   Bible Classes
  • 11:15 am – 12:15 pm   Second Service (Family 12:11 focus)

This new schedule allows us to bring in 12:11 earlier by only moving the first service 30 minutes.  We are sure you will feel comfortable with either or both of our worship assemblies.  We are now working on doubling the nursery and children’s worship so that you will be able to enjoy both of these outstanding ministries either time.

AGAPE Thanksgiving Appeal

This coming Sunday, November 23rd, is the Thanksgiving Appeal day for Georgia AGAPE.  Every family is encouraged to come prepared to participate in the special collection to support the work of this ministry to provide homes for children and to strengthen families.  AGAPE depends upon us for a great response.  Please come prepared to give generously in the Thanksgiving Appeal and help AGAPE reach its goal of raising over $340,000!  If you will not be present this coming Sunday, you are encouraged to still participate by giving your contribution to the church office or by mailing it directly to AGAPE.
