An Overview of Executive Functioning Disorder
Executive Functioning…..the central processes involved in giving organization and order to our actions within the frontal cortex. (If the brain is the symphony, the Frontal Lobe is the Maestro.)
Do you have a child who seems incredibly lazy? Intentionally forgetful? Absolutely unmotivated? Deliberately late? Do you feel like a broken record? Do you have a student chronically distracted? Do you have a student who knows the information but cannot communicate it to you in a logical sequence?
This workshop will discuss this old disorder which is now receiving a great deal
of research and attention.
The last few minutes will be reserved for your questions and discussion.

Dr. Ray is the Executive Director of Dr. Ray on Therapy. He is an adjunct teacher at Greater Atlanta Christian School and Harding University. In addition, he serves as the preaching minister at East Cobb church of Christ.
